1. Develop and implement specific sales plans according to the company's allocated annual/monthly marketing objectives for the region and other task requirements.
2. Independently develop and maintain sales channels/project business and customers, understand customer demand dynamics, explore potential customers, and track customer development progress.
3. Establish smooth communication channels with customers, formulate customer visit plans, promptly handle customer objections and complaints, improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good, and stable customer relationships.
4. Possess strong business development capabilities, excellent ability to collect and analyze sales leads, strong communication and coordination skills, and outstanding external liaison and public relations skills to effectively resolve unexpected events.
5. Provide technical support and training to customers, plan and execute market activities, collect and analyze market information, and find ways to compete effectively.
Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in HVAC, electronics, or mechanical engineering preferred.
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Capabilities:
· Works diligently, cautiously, meticulously, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
· Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, excellent external liaison and public relations abilities, and the ability to effectively handle unexpected events.
· Masters comprehensive sales techniques and possesses excellent communication abilities with customers.
· Demonstrates strong business development capabilities and has a good ability to collect and analyze sales leads.
· Effectively maintains and manages franchisees, enhancing their sales performance.
4. Additional Requirements: Able to accept off-site work (our sales personnel are required to work away from home for extended periods).
